Currently, Francesca Barbee (INTO’s Co-Founder) and her family are in the process of moving to Loja, Ecuador. In the last stages of their support-raising, the Barbee family plans to join the SIM team (sim.org) in southern Ecuador to launch a business that will serve rural producers. In 2003, INTO was founded with the same goal, of building relationships with indigenous artisans in hopes of fostering trust and offering holistic ministry through love. Last summer (2016) INTO’s entire website was hacked, eliminating the entire content of our site and store, a compilation of words and photos that represented 13 years of work. We plan to launch our new website some time in the next 6 months, hopefully sooner. Fortunately, none of our customer, client or vendor information was compromised in the process.

Please know arrangements are in the works to continue INTO’s partnerships in northern Ecuador, offering North American consumers INTO’s partners’ artisans fashionable accessories. Thank you for your interest and support as we continue, “to speak up and judge fairly”.
